4 Trucos para desinflamar ojos hinchados
Despertarse con los ojos hinchados es un tema que a muchos les aqueja: te hacen parecer muy cansado, hinchado y, en general, poco fresco.
A veces la hinchazón se puede prevenir de una forma muy simple: no te quedes toda la noche pegado en tu serie de Netflix (dosifica los capítulos). Peroooo, aunque hidratar la zona con una crema hidratante de ojos y aplicar un corrector puede mejorar el aspecto de las bolsas, no atacan la causa de fondo: la acumulación de líquido.
Por eso necesitas un enfoque más específico, acá te comparto 5 cosas que me ayudan muchísimo para arreglar los ojos hinchados en pocos minutos.
- Duerme con una almohada extra y boca arriba:
Añadir otra almohada bajo la cabeza mientras duermes podría ayudar a disminuir las posibilidades de que se te hinchen los ojos. Ya que si la cabeza está ligeramente elevada tendrás menor retención de líquido bajo los ojos.
Yo sé que a la mayoría nos encanta dormir en posición fetal, y llevamos años haciéndolo así, a mí me tomó varios años cambiar esa postura, y varias veces me acosté en posición “Drácula” y al levantarme estaba en posición fetal arrunchada con todas las almohadas de la cama… es que es ¡es delicioso! Pero dormir, boca arriba y con la cabeza elevada “tipo geisha” no solo te ayudará a levantarte con la cara menos hinchada, sino que también prevendrá la formación de arrugas que se hacen por la posición de lado en donde generalmente el lado predominante de la cara queda aplastada.
- Masaje Linfático Facial:
Masajear alrededor de los ojos (y darnos un buen masaje en general) puede aumentar la circulación alrededor de los ojos, haciendo que esa zona se y disminuya un poco más la hinchazón. Eso sí, recuerda que se trata de una zona sensible, así que sé amable con tu piel haciendo la presión mínima que debes hacer con las manos al realizar el masaje. Si te despiertas con frecuencia con los ojos inflamados, un suave rodillo para los ojos es una buena inversión.
